On his way home, while driving west on Northlake Boulevard, a vehicle struck Vince, which caused his car to strike a tree and roll over. Unfortunately, Vince was trapped underneath the car and had to be extricated by the West Palm Beach Fire Department and flown to St. Mary’s Hospital via Trauma Hawk.
Vince is currently in critical but stable condition with various serious traumatic injuries. Those injuries include multiple broken bones, a broken sternum, broken cheek bones and catastrophic trauma to Cervical Nerves C5, C6, and C7.
Vince started his career in Fort Lauderdale on May 14th 2007 and just celebrated his 10 year anniversary. Vince was in line to be promoted to Driver Engineer within the next few months.
Vince is quiet, caring and humble and would never ask for support. Our efforts here will allow the Castelly family to focus on Vince’s recovery.
We are asking everyone to show their love and support for Vince and his family, during this incredibly difficult journey. Not only will Vince be faced with a long road to recovery, both Vince and his Wife Naomie are expecting their second child in next 2 months. Vince and his family are in for the fight of their lives and will need an incredible amount of support, love and prayers.
